Handar Civil Explosives | Appointment of Professor from Kyrgyz Technical University as Senior Consultant

Recently, Xiong Jiaquan, Manager of the Central Asia Representative Office of Handar Civil Explosives, presented a letter of appointment to Professor Abdiev Arstanbek Raimbekovich, Head of the Department of Open-Pit Mining and Blasting Engineering and Dean of the School of Mining and Metallurgy at Kyrgyz Technical University. The professor has been appointed as a Senior Consultant to Handar Civil Explosives.
